Cancelation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 21 days before your scheduled arrival. However, if cancellation occurs after this period, we will charge 50% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment Policy
Our villa pricing is flexible and depends on the selected dates and season, ranging from 200 euros to 400 euro. We encourage you to contact us directly to inquire about specific pricing details and any available discounts. Our team will be delighted to provide you with more information and assist you in finding the best rate for your stay. As a gesture of appreciation, we offer discounts for guests who choose to make a full upfront payment. Alternatively, we kindly request a prepayment of 30-50% of the total sum to secure your reservation. This ensures a smooth check-in process and guarantees your desired dates. Please let us know which payment option works best for you, and we will be delighted to assist you further.

Cleaning Services
Our cleaning services are customized based on the length of your stay. If you are staying for up to 5 nights, please note that we do not provide cleaning services during this period. For stays of up to 10 nights, we offer a cleaning service in the middle of your stay. For longer stays, we schedule cleaning services every five days.
To ensure your privacy and security, we do not enter your villa during your stay. However, when it's time for cleaning, we will provide you with fresh towels, blankets, shower supplies, and cleaning supplies to maintain the cleanliness of your villa. We kindly request that you place all used towels and blankets in the designated basket located in your bathroom and move the basket next to the entrance door for our staff to collect.
